Our tours are for enthusiastic amateur photographers as well as avid photographers. We are offering photography-themed tours and workshops. They will focus on wildlife, auroras, landscapes and the Kluane National Park.

The journey was long, but every kilometer was worth it. Staying with Beat, Eva, and Ulli in Haines Junction was simply wonderful. I had the pleasure of staying in one of the cabins Beat built himself – a cozy log cabin nestled in the woods, where I found incredible peace and quiet.
The photography workshop in Haines, Alaska, with the bald eagles, was a truly unique experience! To ensure we were well-prepared, Beat gave us valuable photography tips and tricks each evening before. We also spent plenty of time editing photos together. In Haines, we stayed in a very comfortable hotel, with each room equipped with its own kitchen and refrigerator, including cutlery and cooking utensils. The food at the “Lighthouse” restaurant was excellent – as was the pizza at the pizzeria! I will definitely miss the delicious halibut dishes!
To ensure we were well-prepared, Beat gave us valuable photography tips and tricks each evening. The excursions to Kluane Lake, the Klukshu River, and Haines Pass were an absolute highlight: pure nature! We were incredibly lucky to see and photograph bears, Dall sheep, coyotes, and several native bird species. The scenery was simply spectacular.
In the evenings, Beat treated us to fantastic meals – he’s truly a great cook. We wanted for nothing!

Ich hatte eine unvergessliche Zeit mit Glanzmann Tours im Yukon und in Alaska. Diese zwei Wochen haben mein Leben verändert! Noch heute, 3 Wochen zurück in der Heimat, kommen mir all diese tiefen Eindrücke immer wieder in den Sinn und zaubern mir ein Lächeln ins Gesicht: Weißkopfseeadler, die fast schwerelos am Himmel schweben oder sich auf den Flüssen um Lachskadaver streiten; meine erste Sichtung eines Grizzlys in Klukshu Village; die überwältigende und wilde Landschaft oder nicht zuletzt die Nordlichter in einer eisigen Winternacht. Manchmal bin ich nachts beim Einschlafen überzeugt, den Pfiff der Adler oder das Heulen der Huskies zu hören. Vielen Dank an Beat und Eva für die warmherzige Gastfreundschaft, die professionelle Unterstützung mit fotografischem Geschick und dafür, dass sie mir die Schönheit der wilden Natur in diesem Teil der Welt gezeigt haben. Ich hoffe, ihr lebt weiterhin eure Träume und eure Leidenschaft!!!

I had an unforgettable time with Glanzmann Tours in the Yukon and in Alaska. These two weeks changed my life! Even today, 3 weeks back home, all of these deep impressions pop regularly in my mind and bring a smile to my face: Bald Eagles soaring almost weightless in the sky or battling over salmon carcasses on the river flats; my first sighting of a Grizzly in Klukshu Village; the stunning and wild landscape or, last but not least, the northern lights on a freezing winter night. Sometimes at night, drifting off to sleep, I’m convinced to hear the whistle of the Eagles or the howl of the Huskies. Thanks a lot to Beat and Eva for the warm-hearted hospitality, the professional support with photographic skills and for showing me the beauty of the wild nature in this part of the world. I hope you keep on living your dreams and your passion!!
